What data we process
The data you give us in the ACCESS / CLUB 61 form: name, email, city (optional), interests and language. To protect the form against automated submissions we also record the date, IP address and browser it was sent from.
What we use it for
- Sending you news, invitations and priority-access information about Events, VIP Experiences, Club 61 and Style.
- Managing your Club 61 membership, which is free.
- Replying to messages you send us by email.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before.
How long we keep it
For as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe we delete it, except for what is strictly needed to prove we obtained your consent, which is kept blocked for the legal limitation periods.
Who we share it with
No one, unless legally required. Data is hosted on the group’s own servers in the European Union. There are no international transfers.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@minutesixtyone.com. If you believe your request was not handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Commercial communications
We will only send you Minute 61 communications if you have expressly agreed to it on the form, as required by article 21 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI). Every message includes a simple way to unsubscribe, and you can also ask to be removed at any time by writing to hola@minutesixtyone.com.
Security
The website only works over HTTPS. Form data is stored on the server outside the public area of the website, with restricted access, and is not used for any other purpose.
Instagram and other external services
If you message or follow us on Instagram (@minutesixtyone), the processing of your data on that platform is also governed by Meta Platforms’ privacy policy.
Minimum age
Some Minute 61 experiences may involve alcohol. The form is intended for people aged 18 or over; if you are under 18, please do not send us your data.
Accuracy
You confirm that the data you give us is true and your own. If you give us someone else’s data, you must have their permission.
